Candidate for attorney review

Staging content prepared for review by Steve Borislav Mikhov. It does not represent final legal approval.

Student Loan Angel and Knight Law Group LLP aim to provide people with disabilities meaningful access to the website, secure portals, communications, and legal services.

Candidate prepared August 4, 2026

Our accessibility commitment

We design and test for keyboard use, clear headings, understandable labels and errors, sufficient contrast, zoom and reflow, text alternatives, captions where media requires them, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work, not a one-time certification.

Technical approach

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines provide the project's technical reference. Automated checks are paired with keyboard and screen-reader review because a clean automated report does not by itself prove that a page is accessible.

Documents and third-party services

We work to provide accessible instructions and alternatives for documents and workflows. Official government forms, court systems, payment services, and other third-party tools may have limitations outside our control; contact us if a barrier prevents you from using an included service.

Requesting assistance or an accommodation

If you need information in another format, help using a feature, an interpreter or communication aid, or a reasonable modification for a legal service, contact info@knightlaw.com. Describe the page or task and the assistance that would be useful. Requesting help will not reduce access to services.

Reporting a barrier

Please report the page address, device and browser if known, assistive technology if relevant, what you were trying to do, and the barrier encountered. Do not email sensitive student-loan, medical, financial, or identity documents; use the secure portal or request a secure method.

Ongoing review

We review new and changed user journeys, error states, documents, and third-party integrations for accessibility and address confirmed barriers according to impact. A production statement should list its effective date and the responsible accessibility contact.
